Fall Heritage Conference

The Theme of the Fall Heritage Conference, sponsored by the Heritage Task Force of the Flint Hills Tourism Coalition, Inc., was “Getting to Know Each Other."
Major attractions in the Kansas Flint Hills and all 22 counties were invited to both have a booth around the edge of the building AND to make a ten minute presentation to the entire group.
- Dennis Toll served as Moderator.
- Senator Nick Jordan spoke on legislative issues.
- Bill Smith spoke about the National Heritage movement.
- Jim Hoy spoke about Flint Hills cowboy and folk life.
- Linda Craghead spoke about the Flint Hills Tourism Coalition.
