Elna's B&B is nestled in the small town of Westmoreland. This charming house, built from a 1960's Better Homes and Garden design, is centrally located to many area attractions and historic sites. Elna Moore lived her whole life in the Westmoreland Area and dedicated herself to improving the quality of life in the community. It was her wish to convert her home into a bed and breakfast and invite travelers to experience the town she loved. Elna's B&B was opened in the fall of 2009 by her family to carry on her legacy.
