Timber Creek Park, located on the north end of Milford Lake, offers primitive camping operated by the Corps of Engineers. In Timber Creek, you can find campsites with tall, mature trees adjacent to provide protection from the wind, shade, and solitude. If you like to tent camp and also be near some modern day services, this is the place. Just one mile away, across the causeway, is the city of Wakefield, KS.
